You booked the Korean Basic Facial, which is a 45-minute treatment focused on essential cleansing. This includes about 10 minutes of steaming and 10 minutes for the mask—both crucial steps to properly open the pores and prepare the skin. These are standard parts of the treatment time.

Regarding the timing: while we always aim to stay on schedule, slight delays can occasionally happen, similar to a dentist or doctor’s office. We make it a priority to give every client our full attention without cutting treatment time short.

As for the extractions, the Basic Facial primarily targets the T-zone (nose, forehead, and chin). For a more extensive approach—including other areas of the face—we recommend the Korean Glass Skin Facial (60 minutes), which allows for a deeper and more comprehensive treatment.

I'm also sorry to hear about the peeling of the products. I use professional-grade, fresh skincare, but sometimes certain skin types or product layering (e.g. water-based vs. silicone-based) can lead to reactions like this. I'm happy to look into this with you if you’d like to share more details.
